How to Get a GSA Schedule Contract
A GSA Schedule (also known as a Multiple Award Schedule or MAS) is a long-term government contract that allows your company to sell products or services directly to federal agencies. While highly rewarding, the process of obtaining a GSA Schedule is detailed and competitive — here's what it takes.
Step 1: Confirm Eligibility
Before applying, ensure your company has:
- Demonstrated past performance .
- Competitive, market-based pricing.

Step 2: Identify the Right Schedule and SINs
Determine which GSA Schedule (e.g., IT, Professional Services, Facilities, Security) and Special Item Numbers (SINs) apply to your offerings. These define where and how your services can be sold.
Step 3: Prepare Required Documentation
Applicants must prepare detailed documents including:
- Two (2) years Financial statements
- Price lists establishing the US government as most favored customer (MFC).
- Past performance references for similar work.
- Corporate experience narratives demonstrating ethical and sound business practices.
- Technical proposal responses showing depth and readth of services proposed.

Step 4: Submit Your Offer via GSA eOffer
Once your package is complete, submit through GSA's eOffer portal. This is a secure online submission platform that includes digital signature requirements.

Step 6: Receive Your GSA Contract
